Spain applies 21% import VAT on goods entering the EU, plus customs duty on used clothing above the EU threshold. The EU has been phasing out its low-value exemptions, with a transitional duty applying from July 2026, so budget for VAT plus duty on any order. The courier collects before delivery. Canary Islands orders attract IGIC instead of VAT. For bulk this is simpler than it sounds — one freight entry rather than many small parcels each attracting handling fees.
