Air freight from Pakistan runs 6–12 days for smaller lots; sea freight is cheaper per piece for 50+ and takes longer. We prepare commercial invoices and HS codes for your broker.
Hooded Active Jacs and Detroit jackets move fastest at UK markets and on Depop. Double knee pants and K87 tees are the steady volume sellers. Brown duck, black and faded colourways sell before anything else.
A jacket landing at wholesale after 30% off typically retails on Depop or at a UK market for two to three times that. Tees and shorts carry lower absolute margin but sell in volume.
