Most vintage Carhartt reaching US resellers has already passed through two or three hands. Bales land in Pakistan directly from North America, Europe and Japan, so we grade before that chain begins.
The $800 de minimis exemption was suspended in August 2025 and is now permanent regulation, so every US shipment needs a formal customs entry with duty assessed regardless of value. For bulk lots this actually simplifies things: one freight entry rather than many small parcels each attracting fees.
Air freight 7–14 days for smaller lots, sea freight for 50+ pieces at a much lower cost per piece. We prepare commercial invoices with 10-digit HTS codes so your broker can file cleanly.
Detroit jackets and Active Jacs carry the highest resale. Double knee pants in brown duck and black are the most consistent movers. K87 tees sell in volume at lower ticket.
