Air freight into Kuwait runs 3–6 days for smaller lots; sea freight via Shuwaikh is cheaper per piece above 50 pieces and adds two to three weeks.
Kuwait has no VAT. Customs duty of 5% applies on imported goods above the low-value threshold, collected by the courier before delivery. For bulk this is simpler than it sounds — one freight entry rather than many small parcels each attracting handling fees.
