Duck carpenter pants combine the hammer loop build with 12oz canvas. 1990s pairs are noticeably stiffer when new and break in to a distinct drape that modern production doesn't reach.
Condition — like new
Graded like new: clean throughout, structurally sound, no notable flaws. What patina there is came from light wear and washing rather than work. If you want vintage fabric weight without the marks, this is the grade to buy. Vintage duck shrinks with washing, so the measured waist often runs under the tagged size. The rise sits higher than modern equivalents and the leg is cut straight and roomy. Wears year-round.
